Where the vast Alentejo plain bathes in the waters of Europe's largest artificial lake - the Alqueva - one can find the Monte do Caneiro. It's a typical Alentejo "monte" (kind of farm), located in a farm and spread on a beautiful peninsula.
Its rustic features make known the "typical person from Alentejo". Inserted in a magnificent landscape, the silence that it gives to visitors shows a feeling of relaxation passes and well-being that is confused with paradise.
The cottage Monte do Caneiro has 7 bedrooms, with TV, WC, hot water, central heating, air conditioning. The house decoration keeps de tradicional flavour of a cottage from Alentejo.
Surrounding the house there are gardening areas, playgrounds, a big barbecue and a swimming pool, surrounded by grass, to give you a pleasant rest.

Or spend long hours of chat, the warmth of a fireplace, listening to the crackle of flames? While, in late summer afternoons, you can use and abuse of our large outdoor barbecue and spend pleasant moments of leisure and socializing;
